Great and super friendly. I usually come in the morning when everyone wants their morning cup of coffee and I'm usually in and out in less then 10 minutes on a long day.

We visited this location twice on the same day. The morning crew was fast, knew what they were doing, and the dude who was working the drive-thru (bearded guy w/glasses) actually had some customer service skills. We asked if they had chocolate milk (for our kid), he said "let me check," and then came back with a little carton of chocolate milk. Good for you, guy. Thank you-- you're a hero, now. The night crew... listen, I don't know if they were participants of a work-release program from a nearby women's prison or something, but they acted like I had just busted up their game of jailhouse craps. Total nightmare, man. We waited at the drive-thru for at least 12 minutes. We ordered 2 drinks for us adults, and 1 chocolate milk for the kiddo. My wife's mocha was kinda warm once we finally got it, and my iced black tea lemonade (which might be the easiest thing to make on the menu other than water) apparently was just too much for these folks to handle. The chocolate milk was a cup of milk that had the strong chocolate syrup in it (kid didn't even drink it). After I asked if they had the cartons of chocolate milk, Ms. Happy replied "well, I don't know... you have to ask for it special," okay then. In short: I'd rather cannonball into an empty pool than have to deal with that night shift crew's shenanigans at the Pigeon Forge Starbucks.

Stopped here for some drinks and free wifi. Got in line just in time as it soon got super busy and line had about 20 people in line. Medium roast coffee was delicious and fresh and my husband ordered a Carmel Apple cider. Noticed they scored 100% from the health dept. There is plenty of seating for this popular hang out. Cream and sugar station was clean and stocked. Will definitely stop here again.

I stopped here when Starbucks was celebrating the frappucino's birthday with a special birthday cake flavor. I went through the drive thru thinking it would be quick and easy. Nope. Oh well, while I wait I'll connect to the free wifi and check in on Yelp. Nope. I'm not sure if it there was just something wrong with their wifi but I couldn't get connected and I normally can even in the drive thru of other Starbucks. So after about 5 minutes it's our turn in like. The drink came out right which is good. The birthday cake consisted of a vanilla bean frappe with hazelnut flavor and raspberry infused whip cream. The hazelnut made the frappe have a coffee taste and the whip cream by itself was good. Once I got the whip mixed in well I could kind of see the cake flavor. Unfortunately it was only around for a limited time but I'm sure you can always get hazelnut added if you want to see what it tasted like.

I stopped here with my family on our way out of town for some coffee and tea. This place was packed! The drive through line wrapped around to the entrance, blocking us from accessing the lot. When we did get into the store they were as busy as expected. Seating here is adequate for a place where people are going to order and leave. This doesn't look like a place to sit and work if they are consistently busy. There is a comfortable seating area off in the corner where you can get away from the hubbub. The decor was simple, vaguely reflecting the local flavor. The seating area appeared to be clean but the counter with sugar, etc. was a bit of a mess. Given how busy they were I was not surprised to see that their stock of food items looked low. The restroom was a little disappointing. There was toilet paper and urine one the floor. The toilet was dirty as well. I didn't see a bathroom checklist for employees to sign to show that it is frequently checked for cleanliness. Soap and paper towels were stocked and the sink was clean. The door had coat hooks, a nice convenience. Service here was fast and efficient. I was quite pleased with their friendliness. I ordered tea which they grabbed with metal tongs. However, she grabbed my cup at the top with her bare hand. While it's possible that she washed her hands before doing this, I didn't see that occur. As far as I could tell, these are the same hands that handle the money. For a quick fix, this place is okay. For getting work done, I'd find someplace else.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. I don't what else to say but slow. The drive thru was horrible. The line was not moving. When you get in the drive thru, your stuck like a fish in a barrel. Don't go unless you planned to be there 20 minutes or more stuck in the drive thru.

There was only one person in line in front of me In the drive through and we made it through pretty quickly. The person taking our order was very nice and so was the one that was at the window when we pulled up. Our order was correct and received in a timely fashion.

This starbucks is awful. They have amazing drinks before 1pm but after 5pm they have the worst drinks ive ever tasted. Im a local and I go here 3 days a week after I get off work and its just not worth the money.

Kinda disappointed in the star bucks. Went there as I was leaving pigeon forge they didn't have the drink that I wanted which didn't make sense cause I always get that drink? The guy who waited on us was super rude and unfriendly. The girl who made our drinks kept throwing her appliances down and grunting letting us know she was mad about making our drinks.

Very very very very slow. THis is perhaps the slowest coffee shop in the world. While there may be 5 people working there, there is only ONE (1) person taking orders, then filling those orders. So if someone orders 4 specialty drinks, everyone in the very slow line has to wait and watch for each of those drinks to be made by the cashier. This is perhaps the most inefficient food serving operation I have ever witnessed. Delivery of food in a Syrian prison is more organized. If there's more than 4 people in line, turn around and LEAVE. Their new store manager has made this place much worse, service is slower and they don't leave yesterdays newspapers any more, and the prices have gone up SIGNIFICANTLY!

The coffee is great here and most of the people who work here are kind and efficient. However, the atmosphere has been ruined at least twice this week by a very loud and obnoxious employee, who bitched at other employees and complained the whole time we were sitting there trying to focus... Now that is annoying!

Great baristas, but the wait sometimes is very long because of the area. Maybe a larger store would be better.
